Advantages: looks like it may work

Disadvantages: far too strong

If like me you decided to give up smoking the easy way, that is cutting down onto a lower tar cigarette then cutting out one or two of your regulars, then this method is not for you.

After proudly reaching 3 marlboro lights a day I decided to take the final step and use the inhalator instead of smoking but unfortunately the inalator is intended for people who smoke a lot more and a lot stronger than me!

After one drag on my plastic friend i felt light headed and decidedly sick! In fact, enough so to drive me back to cigarettes to make me feel better! I wouldn't advise using this product unless you smoke a lot of high tar cigarettes, or it could make you worse...

Now, does anyone know where I buy willpower?

AS a quick update afriend of mine has managed to give up smoking by using just the cartridge from the Inhalator. Apparently it made him feel so light headed that he couldn't possibly think about cigaretters and after 2 weeks he had conmpletely lost all cravings! Me, I'm still falling off the wagon...;)

I still think that willpower is the only REAL way to give up (and I've tried plenty). You've gotta want to give up enough that you'll refuse all those nasty pangs - remember one ciggy leads to loads more !!!!

Great review. I want to try that new drug Zyban or whatever it's called. It's supposed to stop the nicotine craving. Sadly my Health Authority isn't prescribing it yet - even if you pay for it, (which I would as it costs a lot less than I spend on fags). You could see if your GP will prescribe it though.
