Advantages: im saving £2 a day by christmas il have £480!

Disadvantages: not hanging around in my smoke group at work

Well iv been smoking for 12 years since i was 15. i gave up nearlly 3 years ago when i was pregnant and used the inhaler which worked until i gave birth.
Im now on day 3 using the 15mg patch. Day one i got the cravings but did as the leaflet said and kept myself busy. Day 2 i felt sick and got a headache. Day 3, im back in work today its hard but im SO determined, my energy is returning im getting less headaches with the patches that when i was a smoker and i don't smell of fags anymore! FAGS SMELL!!!

Summary: Hard but definately worth it.
