Why is easy by the cold light of day- it is good for you to give up- but at this time of night the other tone of why comes in , you know -why should I , why do others influence me so.
Yes you guessed it I am trying to give up too and I am using nicorette patches and It is every bit as hard as I thought it would be, I am eating for britain, I am angry as hell and I don't see that there is any point to the weekend without them but hey I promised myself so I will use the patches.
They do reduce the physical craving of that be very sure it is just all this mental torture, that there is something very pleasurable out there that I am denying myself that I am battling with. I will use the patches till I have forgotten that bit and then hopefully I will be free of the curse.
