Advantages: cheaper right from the start

My Husband has given up smoking after 15 years of 20 plus a day thanks to these patches.
You start on the high strength for one month then go the the medium and after another month on to Low. At £15 a packet for 7 days you might think it is expensive but if you smoke 20 a day you have already saved money.
One thing while wearing these you must not have a cigarette at all.
The best way is to put them on alternative arms daily.
I must admit I did have my doubts about whether they would work and I still cant get over the joy of now having a non-smoking fitter husband.
