After reading Fairdonions piece on patches I decided to go and have a go at them myself!
I am now on my second day. The people in Tescos at the chemist counter were very helpful and told me all about the strengths and which ones are best for me, how to go about using them and what not to do with using them. Not even a puff of a cigarette or I could be ill. But I am determined to try these so if you read this please cheer me on.
