I did it...... eventually.
I was smoking from the age of 12 to 44. I tried every thing from hypnotism to patches,
and one worked but only indirectly.
Patches. I bought the patches and wore the first one and of course carried on smoking.
Then I realised that the cost of giving up was getting out of hand so I didn't wear the
patch and decided to give up without making all these pill and potion sellers any richer.
Every day I didn't smoke I told myself It was doing me good and I was scoring a hit on
the wallet of the patch makers. I haven't smoked for 7 years now and it was thanks to will
power . One problem. Now I've got to work on not making the Slimfast seller any richer.
