Advantages: cant smoke whilst on them

Disadvantages: nightmares

i tried nicorette patches in vain.
its a shame really because they work out cheaper than buying fags every week.
i found that i was suffering from what i would describe as
halucinal nightmares.weird...
the good thing about them is that it is dangerous to smoke whilst wearing them because of the nicotine dose,so i found that i didnt actually smoke whilst wearing them.
unfortunately the nightmares were too much,so was the 'hands'thing you get from trying to give up.
in the box you will get leaflets with all sorts of advice to aid you in giving up smoking.
you have different size patches,small medium and large.
you start with the larger patch first and gradually work your way down to the smaller patch.
im not sure if they do sell them like this..but i think it would be a good idea if they sold boxes of the sizes seperately,that way you can use them to come down off cigarettes in your own time.
so there you go im still smoking and awaiting a wonder cure.
i have been smoking since it was pushed on me at nine years old....im 25 now and i hate myself every morning when i suffer with a sore throat and dogend breath but as usual alls well after a fag and a cuppa.
