What an awful taste (Nicorrette Gum)

I really wanted to give up smoking when I was younger and the only thing that was available then was nicorette chewing gum; there were two strengths a 2mg and a stronger one of 4mg. What you had to do was put one square of nicorette chewing gum in to your mouth when you had the urge to smoke and start chewing it slowly until the urge has stopped. Then place the gum underneath your tongue until you get the urge again, you are only allowed to take 8 squares in any 24-hour period.

The taste was so awful that I had to take mints afterwards to get rid of the taste. I lasted for a week so it doe’s work but the horrible taste got to me.
