I have recenly tried to quit smoking which i have finally succeeded, but before i managed this i always struggled in finding a product which will suit me and help me. Gum tasted horrible and made me want to throw up, the inhalors available didnt help me at all, so i thought i would try patches.
These patches have helpmed me loads, i only wore them for a week but anyone that needs them longer the product has three stages to slowly withdraw the nicotine out of your system, thus making it alot easier for your mind and body. The only problem i had myself was putting the patch on my arm, as it made my arm go numb and very uncomfortable, but then i inserted it onto my upper thigh and the only problem was itching which lasted only 10 minutes.

I would recommend these patches to anybody trying to quit, it depends on the person if it works but it certainly worked for me, and there also see through for people who consider the look!!
