Here is my story.I went to Optical Express (Dublin,Wellington rd)in mid February 2008. I had free consultation there.I felt pushing towards more expencive way of surgery. I was in doubt of my eye health situation,but they were trying very hard to convince me for this surgery. I just felt that something wrong with that clinic. However I left deposit and booked surgery (day and time). After 4 days I changed my mind because I felt that Optical Express is not right clinic for this surgery. I also made a lot of searching in internet and most reviews were about having bad experience with Optical Express. So I chaged my mind and now I know that It was very very good decision!!!
They are not competent,lack of good service.They are just pushing to sell more surgeries as possible.DO NOT GO THERE!!!DO NOT LEAVE DEPOSIT!!!I REALLY RECOMMEND YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
so far waiting 2 month to get deposit back.
Now I am taking legal proseedings against Optical Express.

Summary: If you decided to do eye surgery go somewhere esle but not Optical Express!
