Terrible, Milton Keynes Optical Express....

We have been trying to resolve our issues with Optical Express since the beginning of April!!

1) The incorrectly measured eyes, so one lense was incorrect, was told live with it for a few weeks - see what happens!!

2) Demanded a second eye test - turns out yes, I was correct and having worn glasses for 30 odd years, I knew something was wrong! 1 lense was too strong.

3) COuldn't get the lenses that I paid for so was informed I would get a refund - still waiting - 6 weeks on.... seems they can take the money for your glasses by credit card, yet a refund has to come back from head office via cheque!!! Funny that - If i told optical express, a cheque for my glasses will follow in 28 days can't see them being very happy!

4)Finally got my glasses sorted and correct lenses in the frames - 4 weeks after my initial eye test and payment.... only 2 weeks later the frames were green, paint came off.

5) Still waiting for them to replace the frames.

My Advice steer clear of optical express.... would hate to think what would have happened if I had laser eye surgery there...
