Extremely bad service - Maidenhead (Optical Express)

I wish I had come across this site before making a decision with going with them. I should have also taken heed when I noticed their testing equipment was not up to scratch. Instead I have been through four months of hell, upteen replacement glasses and promises of refund with no luck. I was ripped off for £400+ for a pair of varifocals and Dark lenses (my own frames). I have had to replace the dark lenses once (incorrect prescription and tint) varifocals have gone back two or three times (incorrect prescription, frames falling to pieces, more incorrect prescription etc.) was then given two pairs of glasses (1 for short distance and 1 for long distance. (again returned because of incorrect prescription). I then requested a refund but this has been declined. I'm now having to keep glasses I do not want and cannot afford to replace as I'm out of pocket for over £400. I give them 0 for customer service and do not recomend them to anybody!

Summary: I would not recommend this company to anybody
