Had basic Lasik treatment on both eyes,and given mono vision.Went to the Harley Street branch,had a wait of an hour but all the staff were very polite and a great surgeon.The actual procedure is very quick,10 minutes and all done,and painless.Good after care and vision is perfect in one eye and the other is settling down.No need for glasses,great!!

Went for a free consultation and decided to book standard laser treatment. Used a £100 off voucher from the paper, total price was £690. Had the treatment done in Edinburgh and all I can say is they were professional from start to finish. The aftercare was good too, they gave a wee goodie bag with eye drops and eye shields and booked 3 aftercare appoints.

And the best bit is I need no contacts anymore, my vision is crystal clear :)

It is simple. I was ripped off and they refuse to negotiate as i still cant read with my new glasses and after travelling over 500 miles for ajustments i wont give up there are in for it. MY WIFE HAD A PAIR OF GLASSES MADE WHICH SHE COULD NOT USE AS THERE WERE LINES AT THE BOTTON OF THE PAGE SHE WAS READING. WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY TEHT AGREED TO REFUBD THE MONEY. BUT IR IS OVER 3 WEEKS WE HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING IN THE POST. WE HAVE BEEN RINGING THEN AT SLOUGH BRANCH WHERE SHE HAD HER GLASSES MADE BUT THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON LEAVE TO ANSWEW ANY QUESTIONS.WE FEEL THIS IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY AND WE ARE ALSO CONCEDERING LEGAL ACTION

I have no doubt that Optical Express are the worse company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have made a pair of verifocal glasses for me that were by no means that which was on the prescrition. I now intend to take legal action.

Optical Express customer service is non-exsistant. I have waited over 7 weeks for a pair of glasses & when they finally ring they tell me that the lenes have arrived, when I know they were in the shop 3 weeks earlier, & I should come in for them to change the lenes when I ordered a complete pair....they had forgotten to order the frames twice!!

Will never use them again & niether should anyone else

On reading other reviews on your site, I am now really not surprised that I have been treated with the same complete and utter contempt and with the smae'could not care' attitude. On more than 4 different occassions, I have been given the incorrect contact lenses. Glasses that I have ordered for my chlidren have not arrived. I have been told outright lies by staff with regards to delivery dates. This company is a shambolic joke and should be avoided by anyone who cares about their eyes, their time and their sanity. I have now decided to vote with my feet and try another optition, this company is clearly not able to carry out the most basic customer service their uncaring attitude makes me really concerned for those people who put their trust in this company with regards to surgery. I am running in the opposite direction!
