I got one for my Christmas and I use it almost every day now. It's fabulous for stress relief by massaging your head and it's also useful for massaging other areas like your shoulders, arms and calfs.

The device has a battery so can be switched to vibrate mode where the thing vibrates as you move it up and down your head or anywhere else on your body.

Also using this device will stimulate your pressure points that are meant to be located on your head and other parts of your body, rather like how shiatsu massage or reflexology works.

You can use the device on your own easily although it's much better when your partner uses it on you and vice versa so you can then completely relax without moving a muscle.

It has health benefits too and can say that it certainly helps to relax me even for the rest of the next day and seems to help me to sleep better at night too.

The device will increase blood circulation in your head or any other part of the body it's used which can be a great benefit for mind and body.

The only drawback to using this device might be a very slight possibility of triggering a stroke and I'd suggest that anyone who's suspectible to this condition to consult their GP before using it. Stop using it immediately if at all in doubt.

All in all I give this device a rating of 10/10. It only was invented I think in 2000/2001 and the first time I ever saw them was at the Edinburgh festival where I bought one that didn't have a battery.

There are many other versions of this product I know such as the Heebee Geebee head massager too. At £5.99 this is great value for money though.
