After being over five days late for my period I decided I should take a pregnancy test. Off I went to my local supermarket and begn to scour the aisle I didnt want to buy one which was really expensive as I didn't want to waste my money and I had read that all tests are exactly the same and it is only the brand name you are paying for. Finally I noticed Predictor pregnancy test which contained two tests I thought that this was a good idea as it meant I could take one the one day and then another the following morning just to check whatever result I got was 100% right. On getting this home I opened the box and found two tests both sealed ... Read the complete review

I used the Predictor Twin back in March on the afternoon of the day my period was due. I got a positive result within the 2 minute wait and rushed back the bathroom to re-test using the second stick, which also gave a positive result. When I went to see my GP he said he doesn't bother doing pregnancy tests if patients have had 2 positives at home as home kits are so reliable. I am definitely pregnant as my current 45 inch waist will testify! It is not that uncommon to get a false negative with home pregnancy tests, but a false positive is extremely rare. I 1st did an early pregnancy test 31st Sept 2002 when my period was a few days late, I used a clear blue and got a faint positive result. I waited 3 days did another test and got another positive result, stronger this time. A couple of days later i decided to do another test and bought a predictor twin pack, I was heart broken when the test came up negative. I waited anopther couple of days and used the other test in the packet, it too came up negative. So I went out and bought another clearblue test, this gave me another very positive result! I waited a week and got yet another very positive result from the other test in the packet. I'm glad that I ... Read the complete review

As we had been trying for a baby I was excited to find I was a few days late so went to Tesco to get a test. I bought predictor as they were a name I recognised and you got 2 tests for around £4 which is half the price of others makes of which contain only one test. I got home and my husband smiled as I walked to the bathroom. The test are in a silver sealed pack inside the box. I took out the test and pulled out the dipstick? and did the obvious then placed it back in and then waited the allocated 2 minutes. There are two windows one tells you if the test has worked properly and the other gives you a result. A little pink dot appeared ... Read the complete review
