Come on girls give us blokes a break. It’s a common fact that us blokes can tell when its that time of the month because are nearest and dearest suddenly start acting very strange a bit like Jeckel and Hyde.

Evening primrose oil liquid is the answer to stop this once a month transformation, all you have to do is take two 5ml spoonfuls twice a day, what could be simpler.

Evening primrose oil liquid is obtained from cultivated seeds and provides a rich naturally occurring component known as gamma linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is required by the body for the production of prostaglandin’s which help regulate the menstrual cycle, blood pressure and clotting.

As usual this product is widely available from most chemists, health shops and supermarkets and also the price varies between these shops.

Asda sell there own, it comes in a 200ml bottle and is lemon flavoured. However, it is also availble in tablet form.

So girls for 10mls of this product it would make our life a lot happier around that time of the month
