How can you tell if it's working? I take it because I was convinced by a documentary about free radicals.

Selenium is naturally present in our food but the levels of it have been dropping over the last 15 years[something to do with farming methods]. Anyway they convinced me
so I bought some, it contains 100% RDA of vitamins A,C&E as an added bonus.
Does it work? I haven't any apparent "diseases of old age " but then again neither has Joe Soap down the pub and he doesn't take pills.
Will I keep taking them? Yes ,they are doing me no harm and may just be doing me some good.
