If you are suffering from a cold, or feeling under the weather, my recommendation is to get yourself some of these tablets. I always break the tabs in two, so they last longer but also often the concentration of the vitamin c is too high for our body and hence is a waste. You really only need half a tablet to help, and you just place this in a glass of water and drink.
