This was over a year ago now, and I am still using them. They come in a lot of different flavours. Blackcurrant, Orange, lemon and a special one with added Zinc. I use the effervescent ones. Redoxon Effervescent tablets are one of the better tasting effervescent vitamin C tablets around. I find that by taking 2-3 tablets (of 1000mg) a day when I feel I am coming down with the flu I can boost my immune system to fight back effectively. If I take it early enough, it never develops at all. I try to take 1 tablet a day when I am tired and stressed. Of course, it's best to take it daily, but I normally forget.
