There are times when our insides decide that they are not going to behave as we should like. This can be because of aging, illness, allergies, even the weather and water quality can have an effect. I had a really, really bad time with food intolerances last year and was desperate to find something that would help my insides to behave normally. Obviously elimination of all the "bad" foods from my diet was a major step, but not enough. So I investigated what would help.
