... inulin which is a prebiotic, this is a carbohydrate made from artichokes and is there as it helps the lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidum to grow.
Regucol is suitable for vegetarians and is free from soya, yeast, gluten, corn, wheat, starch, preservatives, artificial colourings and flavourings.

There are times when our insides decide that they are not going to behave as we should like. This can be because of aging, illness, allergies, even the weather and water quality can have an effect. I had a really, really bad time with food intolerances last year and was desperate to find something that would help my insides to behave normally.
