Supradryn recharge is a new product from Roche I am sure you have all seen the rather irritating advert on the television, with the little chap sitting inside a radio, trying to entertain his listener? Supradryn claims to help you 'stay full of energy by putting back in what life takes out.' Rather a grand claim, but lets face it at some time in our day we could all do with that little 'boost' to keep us going. It is so easy to reach for that choccy bar for a quick sugar rush, but instead of that try one of these and you will be surprised! In days gone by, when hungover, or having had a late night and needing something to keep me going, I used to reach for Proplus - I don't know if these are still available, but they were essentially caffine tablets. Now everyone knows what happens when you take caffine to excess, yes you are awake in the day BUT you're awake all blummin night too! So short term use of proplus used to make you feel even more lousy in the end, plus I used to get the shakes after taking proplus, so I really wouldn't recommend it at all. Well, I don't need proplus anymore, now I have Supradryn (I wonder if I can get a fanfare in there?). Supradryn Recharge comes in a rather startling yellow tube, rather like some vitamins. This blinding coloured tube contains 10 effervescent tablets, which when dispersed in water create a rather refreshing tasting drink, which leaves no bitter aftertaste after consumption. You can also buy the tablets in boxes of 30. The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 is one tablet per day, for those aged 6-12 years, half a tablet per day. It states on the tube, that exceeding the stated does is NOT recommended! Hardly surprising really, unless you WANT to be up all night too! Supradryn contains the following vitamins and minerals, Vitamins A, D3, E, C, B6, B12,k Thiamin (B1) Riboflavin (B2)
Niacin Folic Acid Biotin Pantothenic acid Calcium Phosphorus Iron Magnesium Zinc Iodine Copper Chromium Manganese Potassium Selenium Nickel Tin Vanadium Boron Silicon Molybdenum Chloride Blimey with all that lot they should make you feel better!! I know myself after having 2 hours sleep and having to get up for work, I have taken one of these tablets, and managed to get through the day as per usual. I do feel brighter, and more awake. They are also great for use after a heavy night on the booze, seeming to relieve a headache and the turbulant stomach, in such situations it is the perfect accompaniment to a nice greasy fry up!! Supradryn is available from Boots the chemist, and also Safeway. A box of 30 tablets will set you back £7.19 well worth it as you don't need to take them everyday!
