Advantages: great pick - me -up, lovely taste, no aftertaste
Disadvantages: none yet
Lately I've been feeling so fatigued and low that I actually booked an appointment to the doctor for some advice. I didn't get to see my normal doctor as she is always booked up about two weeks in advance. The male doctor looked at me and said "Do you take any exercise"?. "Well not much was my reply". He said I should get more exercise as this will get the endorphines going and release the feelgood factor. It's a viscious circle though isn't it? I need to be in the mood for exercise in the first place, I didn't have the energy to even put on a pair of trainers. WHAT DID I DO? I went out shopping to cheer myself up, I nipped into Superdrug to buy myself some more smellies, as if I hadn't got enough, and on the way round the store, I spotted the bright yellow and green box with the words Supradyn Recharge. On closer inspection I found out they would help release energy. They were in soluble tablet form and orange flavoured so I thought they would be pleasant tasting. I can be funny with products if they taste nasty, I pour them in plants if I don't like them, just kidding plant lovers. The box contained 10 tablets and cost £2.89, much cheaper than a doctors prescription eh? DIRECTION FOR USE Easy peesy, just open the tube which contains the tablets, they are wrapped in silver foil. Just fill a medium size glass with cold water and drop one tablet in. It fizzes up straightaway, stir with a teaspoon and voila, it's ready to drink. The water thickens up quite a bit with this tablet, it goes a lovely bright orange, and looks like Fresh Orange Juice. It even tastes like proper orange juice, with a slight fizziness to it. It was actually very pleasant tasting, not at all powdery, in fact, you could get quite addicted to the taste of it. There was no nasty after taste in my mouth afterwards either, which sometimes you can get with effervescant tablets. It didn't ev
en leave any bits in the bottom of the glass. WHO MAKES THEM Roche, Consumer Health. 40 Broadwater Rd Welwyn, Garden City, herts AL7 3AY UK welwyn .rcg@roche.com DID THEY WORK? Well yes, more or less straightaway, I was ready to do back flips instantly. I took one before going to work, and found myself more alert, sometimes I feel tired at work with the overpowering heat in the building. It was probably that making me lethargic. I didn't feel as tearful, I was getting pretty low especially on a Sunday for some reason. W
ell I'll keep you all informed how the rest of this week goes. You never know, I might even consider running a marathon!!!!
