Advantages: replaces the lost vitamins you need during pregnancy

Disadvantages: quite expensive

As soon as I found out that I was pregnant for the first time in 2007 , I set about looking for some Folic acid as recommended by my Doctor. I went to my local Boots store , and was faced with a choice of different brands. The one that stood out to me the most was the Sanatogen Pro Natal brand. These are a supplement that contain 18 different vitamins and minerals ( including Folic acid ) which are specially designed for use during pregnancy and breast feeding. I took them for the first three months and they worked a treat. I am now pregnant again , expecting twins this time round. So back again to Boots to get stocked up on the Pro Natal. I got them on offer ( 3 for the price of 2 ) , and they cost £4.88 for a pack of 30. You take one a day, and they are easy to swallow, unlike some of the other multivitamins you can buy. I will be taking them through my entire pregnancy this time, as I am being drained twice as much I reckon. I would recommend these vitamins to any mum to be.
