I just thought I'd let you all know that kelp is known to help with weight loss. There is a high concentration of iodine in it which stimulates the thyroid gland. I took it for a month a long with a healthy diet. Although it didn't produce a miricle it did seem to give a better effect than just a healthy diet on its own.
