Finally something that works. I am 38 and have suffered menstrual migraines for over 15 years. After trawling the internet for help with raging hot flashes I decided to give Wellsprings Serenity cream a go. Unfortunately I am £18 poorer but still with hot flashes after using it for 6 weeks. Yes I did read the info about buying a further oestrogen cream if the progesterone cream doesn't help but I just feel like I'm being had! If that doesn't work then buy another of our products, maybe if they gave away a small quantity or you could buy a trial sachet I might be more convinced. As it is I fell I can just dump it on the pile of 'alternative quackery' that I have had to resort to as the medical profession cannot come up with any answers. PMS and ovarian cysts was my reason to use serenity progesterone cream. while there were no significant effects to notice but the most important was weight gain. I gained 2kgs in a month. I excercise 4-5times a week and lead an active lifestyle and this has brought my spirits down.I dont know whether i sould continue using it. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hey I'm new to all this hormone stuff...thought getting extra cranky just came with age but looked hormone imbalance up on google one night and wow it's all out there. Read up a bit and realised all my thirtysomething friends and I are going through things we shouldn't, due to an environment that has changed. "What doctors may not tell you about premenopause" (book) is an eye opener and made soooo much sense. I agree with the comments about Health & Science's website and the dispute between them and the company in Guernsey who supply Serenity Cream. I do not like H&S's aggressive approach or wording on their website and have told them so. The people like me who find this cream so helpful with symptoms of menopause or PMT are caught up in the cross-fire & don't know who is selling the genuine item. I still don't know and neither companies will provide proof that their product is genuine. I haven't had any problems like those experienced by Sally with product from Guernsey but am confused and frustrated by the situation.
