I bought the Serenity cream as an alternative to pills and the like. I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt but in this case I will give you my honest opinion, SAVE YOUR MONEY....... IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!! People who say it does are deluding themselves....

If I was trying to promote my brand of creams, the first thing I would do is have all my friends and family write a fantastic review of the products "to help me along." You have to be the first and at the top of the review list because people generally only ready the first 2 or 3 reviews and that's all.....

If you really do have a problem with estrogen and your body is lacking in progesterone, go see your GP and ask for your Progesterone levels to be checked and topped up......... If you are looking for a serious alternative to keep it natural, then go see a registered holistic therapist or registered alternative.........
