Multibionta Advanced Formula vitamins with probiotics are made by Seven Seas who are a well known and respected company. When looking for a good quality supplement to boost not just my own immune system, but that of my family members, I came across Multibionta in the shelves at Boots. It was many years ago when we first tried these and in those days a pack of 30 tablets would set you back just over £3.50. These days a pack of 30 tablets will cost just a little more than that at around £3.99 and a pack of 60 around £8.49. It makes sense to buy them in packs of 30 tablets to me as there is a small saving of 50p and every little helps. I have ... Read the complete review

A healthy lifestyle is a must if you want to look and feel your best. Certainly I try to eat as well as I can (most of the time!) and ensure I get the nutrients I need in the food I eat. I also try and exercise, but sometimes, just like with most things, nature needs a helping hand. So, with that in mind I have started to take a daily multivitamin to supplement my lifestyle. I have gone for Seven Seas Multibionta 'Advanced Formula' Probiotic Multivitamin. ***Price and Availability*** I paid £6.99 for a tub of 60 Multibionta on special offer at Sainsbury's, the usual cost in any pharmacy or supermarket is around £7.50. I ... Read the complete review

I started buying these over a year ago in little tubs, i got them because i was getting a cold literally every month and it must have been due to my hectic, eat on the go, no sleep stressful lifestyle. Clearly i was missing something so i thought i'd give these a go. My colds stopped and now they are very few and far between, but despite the claims that you will feel better for taking them, i don't "feel" anything, i'm just healthier. That's a good thing, and i wont knock it. These will top up any missing vitamins that your body needs and if you're stressed out, hectic and have a bad diet, getting the extra vitamins to fill the gaps not ... Read the complete review

Last summer I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, which without getting too technical or gross is an inflamation in the intestine simular in symptoms to the more widely known Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Since then I have been obsessed with my tummy! Before it had just been there, something that helped my jeans stay up and gave me a convenient place to put my belly button ring, slightly plumper perhaps than I would have liked, but still just my tummy. After my diagnosis though, it became the enemy. It had been the cause of 9 years pain and discomfort and I wasn?t taking it lightly? My weapon in the battle to regain control of my tummy was ?good ... Read the complete review

Like most woman I am sure, I am desperate to tone up my pot belly after having my son. In a womans supplement I read through a pullout about toning up your tummy. As well as the obvious, excercise and eating sensibly it also recommended Probiotic Multi Vitamins. In particular 'Seven Seas Advanced formula MultiBionta' which is a complete multi vitamin with minerals and probiotic nutrients. Sounds like cobbledeegook? Well yes it did to me at first too, but please read on and I will try to explain in laymans terms, honestly it sounds brilliant! Basically, some of our pot bellies (as is mine) are mainly due to bloating because of water retention and ... Read the complete review
