Seven Seas have served me very well over the years as I have definitely seen a lot of positive benefits after taking them. As a child I was always somewhat smaller than average, skinny and just generally not as healthy as I should look. And so I was given a lot of vitamins, tonics and oils to try. Seven seas is a well known brand that has been established for many years. They produce vitamins and tonic. I take the vitamin and mineral tonic when im ill or run down.
