Advantages: picks you up quick, pleasant taste
Disadvantages: expensive from chain stores
In this modern day of fast living, we sometimes get run down. Most of us work longer hours and do shift patterns at work, this doesn't help us to feel fit anfd healthy. A few months ago I got to the point where I was walking around like a zombie. My wife also felt run down and what we needed was a quick pick-me-up. It had to be something that worked fast as we both couldn't cope with what life was throwing at us. My wife does most of the shopping for things like toiletries and discovered Seven seas Vitamin and Mineral Tonic. She goes into our local Consumers Choice which is a bargain health and beauty shop. She bought a large 300ml bottle for £4.19, she said she has seen it in Boots for £6.99, so that was a big saving. The liquid is Orange in colour and tastes like undiluted orange cordial. All you do is take 10ml or one dessertspoonful three times a day. Women who are pregnant can take it, but only half the dosage three times a day. You take this after meals and if you find it too strong , you can add water to it, to dilute it down a bit. I actually love the taste of it, you can tell it's full of vitamins just by the smell of it. It contains Vitamins A and D , Iron, calcium Glycerophosphate, Minerals and natural orange extract. After just a few days of taking this product we both felt a lot better. It can also be helpful for people with a loss of appetite or if you have been ill, it restores your vitality giving you that wellbeing feeling again. We will always keep a bottle of this in the house as it is very useful, I suppose you could take it everyday, I don't think it will do you any harm.

- 01/06/01 I use an American company called Usana, they do a great pack of Vitamins and Minerals, but at £35 a throw, they are expensive, but very good. |
