I have now used these pills on a number of occasions and am impressed with the result. I usually take ages to drop off to sleep, but when I took the tablets I usually fell asleep within half an hour. They don't work every time, but they have worked on enough occasions for me to be convinced that they do actually work. You have to take three of the tablets before going to bed. I only suffer from insomnia occasionally so I have no wish to go and get prescription sleeping tablets. I have tried herbal sleeping pills before, but have found them to be completely useless.
