These capsules contain pure freeze dried shark cartilage and can be bought from most health shops. It is a great product for lubricating the joints and claims to alleviate the arthritic pains that so many people suffer with. They are good for men with prostrate problems and some say that they help their libido. Now I cannot vouch for that one mind you being a female, but they have helped my creaking joints.
