Smint was first launched in 1994 by its parent company Chupa Chups. Remember them? They were the ones who made the weird and wonderful different flavours of lollipops. Yummy, but of course bad for your teeth. Smint is now available in a range of flavours including mint, spearmint, peppermint, winter ice, liquorice, lemon, peach and wildberry. There are even different variations of Smint such as those that whiten teeth in two flavors: fresh mint and strawberry. The Smint gum is available in four flavors: fresh mint, strong mint, strawberry and blackberry.


There is definitely a good range of variety in the Smint product and Im sure there is something for everyone, unless of course you do not like mint! The more well known Smint comes in a little handy size box and dispenses one mint at a time. Giving you fresh breathe with just one small sweet like product. Other things that Smint claims is that it actively fights plaque, helps prevent the formation of bacteria responsible for causing tooth decay and is also 100% sugar-free.


These mints definitely do give you fresh breathe and sometimes are too strong, depending on the flavour you choose. But I think this is all down to personal preference.

Each Smint mint is triangular shaped in order to be different from other minty products out there and even have a 'S' on each one. Most Smints only have 0.5 calories in each thus making them good for your teeth and also for your figure! Not to mention for your breathe and therefore maybe even your confidence. You can get a box of Smints for about 69p to 89p. Each box has 40 mints in each, except for Smint white which have 30 mints in each.


You can freshen your breathe on the go 40 times all by carrying this small little box. Pretty handy hey!
