Appalling service at Oswestry
Author Name: Jay
Disadvantages: poor service poor selection of frames
Specsavers Oswestry, Appalling service, Conned every time I've been into shop. What starts out as approx £150 for glasses all of a sudden becomes £225. Poor service poor selection of frames. On Saturday 15th May 2010 One member of Staff told an elderly gent that his appointment was for Next Friday week when it was actually next friday when the gent queried the date she became Impatient with the elderly gent to the extent of being almost rude. She will be old one day. I have used specsavers in many other towns and never had a problem but the attitude in the Oswestry branch leaves a lot to be desired. They should be grateful they have a job. I hold a medical exememption certificate and recieve Disability allowance and they told me I would have to pay for my eyesight test. I never had to pay before so what has changed?
Summary: Avoid where possible
