Advantages: plenty to choose from and helpful staff
Disadvantages: none
Needing my eyes tested I wondered where I would go. Should I try a local Optician? I did try to book one but any I rang couldn’t see me for at least a fortnight. So I decided on Specsavers and I am really glad I did. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about all their stock and helpful when it came to picking the frames. Their offer was two pairs for the price of one, so I picked two completely different types of frames and had the lens tinted in one pair for reading in the sun at no extra cost. So my two pairs of glasses cost me £69.99 and I don’t have to buy a new pair of reading sunglasses into the bargain They had tons to choose from and they tell me they get new stock in every week.

- 14/09/00 I just got some new glasses and they were brilliant in Specsavers. I have lots of eye problems, but nothing phased them. I got sunglasses free. It cost me £270 for the two pairs of glasses. I know that doesn't sound cheap, but I had previously paid more than that for one pair elsewhere. |
