Advantages: Easy to take, you just have to remember. Tasteless
Disadvantages: Remembering to take them and the price
I have just started taking this in the 1000 mg form 6 days ago with 2600mg of evening primrose oil. Since having Swine Flu in July I have been having terrible difficulty keeping awake at work in the mornings (I am 44 far too young to be having these problems) and have generally felt under the weather. I started taking these on Friday and for the last two days at work (today being Wednesday) I have not nodded off in front of my computer screen. In fact I feel quite wide awake and alert. Quite full of energy. I also suffer from appalling breast tendernes for most of the month before my periods so I am hoping that this will help with these problems too.
I don't think it is physcological, because I had almost forgotten I was taking them when I noticed the improvement in my metablolism. These tablets are not cheap, but they are worth the money, because I am fed up of feeling down in the dumps and sleepy. I think they may also help with symptoms of SAD.
Summary: My secret weapon against lethargy and PMT
