I have recently been on a bit of a budget trying to save money to do work on my house so instead of going to boots for my toiletries my mother convinced me to go with her to poundland to buy the basics. I've never really been into the poundland before and just assumed everything in it was useless tat but I was really very surprised by the amount of good quality things I could buy for the house. I ended up leaving the shop with nearly all my household basics such as shampoo, shower gel etc and am now a fan. One of the things I bought was theramed 2in1 toothpaste. There was a few different kinds available and I bought 2 bottles one being a whitening and one ... Read the complete review

TheraMed 2 in 1 is a combined toothpaste and mouthwash, so I find it to be a handy product to have in the house and on my travels as it's a good time saver. A 75ml bottle of the gel normally costs around 90p, and can be bought from supermarkets and chemists alike. I have the Cool Mint variety which is a dark blue gel and which comes in a small plastic see through bottle with a flip top lid. To use, all you do is squeeze a small amount (I usually do double pea size, pea sized isn't enough I think!) onto your toothbrush, give it a quick douse under the tap to wet the brush, and start brushing your teeth as normal. The TheraMed gel Cool Mint version ... Read the complete review

I've always been mad about keeping my teeth clean, I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day and sometimes more than that. I usually stick to Colgate toothpaste but just lately the chemist by me has had Theramed 2-in-1 Toothpaste on special offer so I've been buying that instead. There are 3 different sorts available and they are the blue Cool Mint, green Fresh Mint and white Whitening toothpastes. I've only used the Cool Mint version and have been mega impressed with it and even when it comes off special offer I'll carry on buying it because I don't think £2.10 is all that expensive for a 75ml bottle and when you think that it's a toothpaste AND mouthwash for ... TheraMed 2 in 1 is such a handy dental health care item for travel and holidays. Its a 2 in 1 toothpaste and mouthwash combined into one single and very useable product. The thing I like about it is that it can be taken with you when you go away, instead of having to pack both a toothpaste and a mouthwash product. I think that its a great space and time saving idea for a dental product and its my first choice for taking in a travel situation because of that. ********************************************************** I have tried most of the TheraMed 2 in 1's, including the Cool Mint variety which is a deep blue gel and is very minty and cooling at the ... I received a sample of Theramed 2 in 1 toothpaste through the post. I get through toothpaste at an alarming rate, as I love brushing my teeth and experiencing that fresh tingly feeling. Interlude: A handy tip for those trying to diet: brush your teeth whenever you get the urge to eat. Not only will the minty taste put you off eating anything, but your dentist will love you, too! (unless he/she is a money-grabbing git who treats you purely for financial gain, that is.) I have always used bicarbonate of soda based toothpastes in the past; they seem to offer a particularly refreshing feeling. (I know what you're thinking: this girl has a ... Read the complete review
