Advantages: Pack appears convenient for one-handed operation

Disadvantages: Pack breaks when operated only with one hand

Toothpaste is OK - cleans your teeth & tastes tolerable but, on first use, I flicked the top open with my thumb and this action broke the dispensing nozzle.
Slightly worse than this irritation was attempting to contact the company to voice my dissatisfaction - I finally found a web site that had a form for communication but, months on, there's been no response.
The obvious conclusion to reach is that Schwarzkopf Henkel aren't interested in individual customers.

Summary: poor packaging

Thanks Collingwood21 - I'll take your advice into account in future. :-)
It's toothpaste, everyone ... well, not a paste exactly, more a viscous liquid. Anyway, it does clean your teeth but, if the dispense nozzle breaks, it's difficult to dose out in small enough amounts, and toothpastey goo gets everywhere.
