Now the thing with whey protein is it is best to take after your workout than before. This is because it is one of the most readily absorbed proteins avaliable.Where as casein proteins gets absorbed much more slowly.

Tried this stuff once or twice and it tastes pretty good. Not to sweet. It has all the branched chained amino acids including lysine and arginine.

Overall a good quality protein product for those who workout some.
