As a veggie I hadn't really realised how hard it is to find vitamin capsules that are suitable for Vegetarians. I took a friend out yesterday to by some - she too is veggie. We started in Holland and Barrett, no luck there, capsules made with Gelatin. On to Superdrug - again all capsules made with Gelatin. The same is Boots. We walked away with none.
