I am not often ill but when I am it gets very bad. Im sure that I am the one that suffers the man flu us women made up and my partner would probably agree. The first thing that happens when I get ill is that silly blocked nose that you can not blow and you can not sniff it gets that frustrating at times and you just cant sleep when you have it.

My grandmother decided that she had had enough of me moaning about it about two weeks ago and very kindly picked me up one of these. It is a funny looking tube the only way that I can describe it is a lillet one of our womens things. It has a twist mechanism at the bottom that takes the tube off the top and has little holes in the top that a stong smell comes out of that is to unblock your nose. The most interesting thing about this is the instructions and contents label. This label wraps around the tube and sticks down you just peal back to read. This is such a genious idea in my opinion and have never seen anything like this before.

It works by placing the tube in the nose and holding the other nostril then trying to sniff as well as you can which will loosen the stuffy nose. This is to be done on both nostrils as many times as needed which is great. It really does work too, after I used it for an hour my stuffy nose started to loosen so that I was able to blow. Unfortunately this is not a medicin so it will not make you better but it really does help with the dreaded colds and helps you get a good sleep by using it too.

I recommend that at any point that you are suffering with conjestion to get one and give it a go. I am not sure how much this cost because I didn't buy it but I would pay around £2.50 for one of these for how well that they work.
