Advantages: Excellent all encompassing vitamin supplement

Disadvantages: The capsules are quite big and take supreme willpower to swallow

Well Woman is a vitamin and mineral supplement aimed at women. It has all the usual vitamins from A to E as well as Evening Primrose Oil, Starflower Oil, natural mixed carotenoids, and a whole bunch of trace minerals. Basically it is all the vitamin supplements plus a few extras rolled into one.

I have been using thes supplements for about 4 months now and I have noticed a definite difference in my nails and hair. I am a vegetarian and a rather picky one at that and for a long time I have wondered whether my flaky nails were as a result of lack in my diet. A consultant in Boots recommended Well Woman to me as a general all round supplement and I am very impressed with the results. The only drawbacks to this product is that you can't take them on an empty stomach ( tried this and was sick ) and the capsules are rather on the large side so if you are not good at swallowing tablets then these will be no good for you.

Well Woman is reasonable priced when you consider what you are saving on buying all the vitamins and minerals separately and does show results in a few months if my nails are anything to go by.
