The ones my doctor gave me were/are 50mg and that was a bit strong acording to the 'scare' data. Anyway, I stopped taking them as I had felt a bit strange onm the odd ocassion while taking them. I kept the 'leftovers& #39; though and every now and then take one to give me a 'lift' and it works right away! I think you're right, and hormones/trace elements do effect out bodies - though I havn't actually seen anything much to that effect in the news/magazines. Have you? I wish I could eat the right thing all the time, I seem to go for quantity rather than quality -not at all what the nutritionists recommend. GG

I thought at the time it was a silly scare. Glad it's back on the shelves. Quite right too about the price. Cheap and effective, but I always have a lingering thought that with a balanced way of eating we shouldn't really need supplements.
