This traditional Chines herbal remedy is often referred to as the “female ginseng” as it is used in the cases of 'women's problems' for example, abnormal periods, menopausal symptoms, especially hot flushes associated with perimenopause.

I recently started taking the supplement as I am getting to that 'funny age' and I had started to get severe mood swings, the hot flushes mentioned above and other symptoms linked to pre menopause. Although the stuff tastes absolutely vile, I got immediate relief.

the very next day I started to feel better in myself, and after carrying on taking it for about 2 - 3 weeks I came off it as I felt very much improved .... and my symptoms have not returned yet. If they do I will have no hesitation in taking it again.
