I am not a great one for taking vitamin supplements. I tend to think that a healthy diet will provide what we need and that a lot of the promotion of vitamins is simply a money spinning hype. I am not going to go into the properties and claims for Vitamin E oil. I would though, like to share with you something that might help in treating minor burns and injuries. I first tried Vit e after it was reccommended to be my a friend who had been studying nutrition at university. I had been having really bad ezema on my face and arms and had tried lots of creams, E45 and also lanoline free ones. Nothing seemed to be working and i began taking vit e supplements orally. They took a couple of weeks to work but i have not had any problems since. You can take different strenghts, its best starting on a low one and building up to a stronger strenght. ... I have read a lot of new information from all over the world and it appears that Vitamin E is found to beneficial in reducing the risk of heart disease. With heart disease topping the list in most communities, it makes sense to take steps to reduce the risk, as I have done. Most people know about the health benefits of diet modification and exercise, but they may not be aware of the value of supplementing with Vitamin E. Vitamin E is a fat soluable vitamin with potent antioxidant action. It helps to protect cell membranes from damage due to free radicals, being particularly beneficial to the heart and cardiovascular system. The vitamin has been the ... Read the complete review
