Vitamin E is an important part of peoples diet. It has lots of health benefits and if your body of vitamin E it can cause lots of health problems.
Vitamin E comes in 8 forms and each has its own biological activity

Not only is vitamin E essential for the health but it also protects the skin fron ultra violet rays which is why moisturisers and after suns contain it.
It is also good for acne, psoriasis and eczema either by taking supplements or using vitamin E creams.
Vitamin E is found in leafy green vegetables, vegetable oil, nuts, mangos, avocado, kiwi, fortified cereals and olives.
I have been taking vitamin E for 4 months and have felt better for it and my skin has a healthy glow to it. I also like to put vitamin E lotion on my skin after I have been in the sun. It prevents it from going red and sore and helps it go brown. It also stops the skin from drying out and makes it look radiant.
You can buy vitamin E supplements in supermarkets, health shops and chemists. They vary in cost depending on the brand, strength, quantity and place of purchase.
The cost starts at 99p for an own brand 30 capsules and 200iu (strength). I paid £1.49 for a high strength (400iu) supermarket own brand, 30 capsules.
I have difficulty swallowing capsules so I pierce the capsule and squeeze the oil into a small amount of water.
It does actually have a pleasant sweet taste which is unusual for a vitamins and oils.
