Advantages: effective and easy to take

Disadvantages: does not work overnight

I first tried Vit e after it was reccommended to be my a friend who had been studying nutrition at university. I had been having really bad ezema on my face and arms and had tried lots of creams, E45 and also lanoline free ones. Nothing seemed to be working and i began taking vit e supplements orally.
They took a couple of weeks to work but i have not had any problems since. You can take different strenghts, its best starting on a low one and building up to a stronger strenght.
