Berocca ... started taking Berocca Effervescent Tablets about 9 months ago, I was offered one by a colleague as a hang over cure and I enjoyed the taste of the Orange tablets, it was very similar to Orange Fanta. I read the tube and saw how packed they were with Vitamins, and that was it, I was hooked. The basics: Berocca tablets come in 3 different sized packs, 45 pack / RRP £13.49, 30 pack / RRP £10.54, 15 pack / RRP £5.81 You can ususally pick these up in health food shops or Boots, or even now supermarkets for a lot cheaper, on special offers, 3 for 2s etc. You are supposed to take 1 tablet per day, so for a month supply they are going to cost you around £10, although you s... Reflex Instant Whey ... really nice tasting whey protein product. It is an 80% protein which basically means that for every 100grams, around 80grams is protein. It contains Digezyme enzymes and Lactospore pro-biotics which help with digestion. this is something that you don t find all the time in these products and a worthwhile addition. I have used this product a couple of times in the past and really enjoyed it each time. The packaging really stands out with its black tub and its shiny reflective label. Boots Multivitamin Tablets ... try really hard to have a good balanced diet, to work out regularly but have to admit that while I m good at the exercising part my diet falls flat on it s face rather often! I am so partial to quick and unhealthy food and because I have a busy lifestyle and I m not a very good cook, more often than not I ll bang a processed ready meal in the oven or like today eat just eat toast (which is my favourite!). Today as an example not one piece of fruit or any vegetables has passed my lips at all (unless you count the oranges in the marmalade lol). I haven t fancied eating much!
