Berocca ... recently started purchasing the effervescent version of this product as I was struggling to keep up with my lifestyle. Like another reviewer that I have seen here, I picked up a virus when I was 17 and ever since I have been plagued by fatigue, particularly in the mornings and in the mid-afternoons. Vitamin E ... find vitamin e capsules very useful as a skin treatment. I don t take the capsules orally but actually make a pin hole in the outside of the capsule and squeeze out the vitamin e oil. This can then be used as a lotion on the skin or added to moisturisers to make it a vitamin e cream. The vitamin e oil can be used in a moisturisers to generally smooth and mositurise skin. If used neat it is effective for soothing spots or treating cuts. It also has a reputation as being good for reducing the appearance of scars or stretch marks if used on a regular and long term basis. Berocca ... have only fairly recently become a full Berocca convert, but thought I would share my enthusiasm for this brilliant product! I have always been told to take multi vitamins but not being a fan of daily tablet taking (who is?!), I have never quite been able to get into that particular routine. So Berocca has offered a great solution to this with their fizzy, tingley effervescent tablets, which completely dissolve in a flash in a glass of water.
