I joined a Weight Watchers group last year and one of the items I bought from their 'shop' inside the meeting was a Points Calculator. Weight Watchers is a diet plan which gives every food a points value, the dieter is given a daily recommended points limit based on their height, weight and level of activity - providing you stay within your points limit you should lose weight. I used to survive trying to work out my favourite foods using the little cardboard points calculator that you get at your first meeting or searching on the internet for someone who knew the answer. The best thing I did for my diet was buying one of these babies. I have the small square calculator with the multi coloured stripes on it. When you purchase your calculator, you fill out a little form for them to prove you are who you say you are.
