Well, I thought I was smarter than I really am, because I've been through this charade TWICE now! First time, I waited for several weeks for a glucosamine product, which arrived after three emails and a couple of phone calls, none of which made contact with a real person. Now I'm awaiting delivery of a mixed consignment - only ordered and paid for three weeks ago - and I've received a single pack from Budapest. (I ordered 3 of the same product. How does this happen?). I don't know if I'll get any of the other stuff. But at least I can secure a refund through my credit card. Like many other unsatisfied customers, I wonder how Woods have been in ... Having seen most of the reviews it would appear that Woods are operating a very poor service In the past I have order goods and its taken weeks for delivery but recently it was over a month At the time I had 3 orders which were £10.98,£9.99 &£ 3.99 and I used my visa card to pay. What frustrated me was that their so-called telephone service was simple an answer phone asking for orders !!! in my frustration I sent an email and got no response. I wish I'd read some reviews before ordering from this company. They should be avoided at all costs. They took payment immediately and one month after placing my order I only have half of what I ordered. They do not respond to emails and nine times out of 10 you get an answerphone if you ring (and no returned call). When you do speak to someone you get very polite but inconsistent information - delivery lead times are 2 weeks or 28 days depending upon who you speak to or when (much too long in this day and age). Product is shipped from Switzerland apparently. I don't hold out much hope of getting the 2nd half of my order and if I do it will be some weeks ... Read the complete review

We have been using Woods Health products for several years now and have been very pleased with them. Their sale appears to be on all the time - but with those offers, I am not going to complain. Prices appear very competitive - especially when you buy 3 for the same price as 2! It is often cheaper to buy 3 pots of 90 than one pot of 180. Their essential oils are very good quality and value. The only disadvantage is that delivery can generally take between 3 and 6 weeks even if ordered on the ... Read the complete review
