Have bought Woods Supplements for many years without a problem. However, once I had a problem with an internet order, I found their customer services disgraceful. I emailed no less than 5 times and never received a response. In desperation, I phoned and on two occasions the advisors were rude and unhelpful. My job is to train customer service advisors for one of the largest mail order companies in the UK, so I know what I'm talking about.
WARNING - be careful when dealing with this company. I have closed my account.

Its now a month since I ordered an order from Woods including the offer of three of each item ordered if sent within seven days. Unfortunatly I can't give an opinion as I can't yet de-lid them to be enriched by sampeling same as they still haven't come!!.
